REFUND POLICY

Every account gets six free submissions — three full assessments and three limited reads — before any money changes hands. Please use them. They exist so you know what you are buying.

Fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you bought a bundle and spent some of it, we refund the unspent coins at the effective per-coin price you paid.

Once a coin unlocks a full assessment, the work has been done and the coin is generally non-refundable. The exception: if the assessment failed, came back empty, was clearly about the wrong script, or was unusable because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will re-run it or refund the coin. Disagreeing with your score is not a fault — an honest low score is the product working.

Cancel any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend and you have run no assessments in that new period, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

Always refunded in full, immediately, whenever they occur. Just tell us.

When a purchase is refunded or a payment is disputed, the corresponding unspent coins are removed from your account automatically. Assessments you already ran stay in your account and remain readable.

Use the support page and include the email on your account and roughly when you were charged. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you more, local law wins.
