Good stuff.

A premise where the clock and the character are the same thing — terminal diagnosis as engine, not gimmick.
Central Valley specificity that could not have been researched from other movies.
Three scenes (pp. 24, 88, 96) operating at genuine professional level.

Consider this.

Pages 55–71 have no structural spine and no midpoint reversal — this is where a reader stops.
Opposition has no credible teeth until p. 78, teaching the audience that threats here are empty.
Subtext exists only in the protagonist's mouth; everyone else announces their emotional state.

Overall.

This one has a spine. I want to be clear about that before I start pointing at things, because you're going to read a lot of hazards below and it would be easy to walk away thinking the draft is broken. It isn't. The premise is strong, the ending is earned, and there is a version of this script that gets read by people who can do something about it. What's standing in the way is the middle forty pages and a habit of saying out loud what your images already said. That's fixable work. That's a rewrite, not a rebuild.

01Move the midpoint: turn one of the four cooperative scenes on pp. 55–71 into a hard refusal that costs Ray evidence he already had.
02Move one act of real retaliation to roughly p. 45 so the third act reads as escalation, not arrival.
03Cut eight pages from Act Two without deleting a scene — enter later, leave earlier.
04Delete every line that explains an image you already wrote, and both statements of the theme.
05Give Ray one Act Two decision where the moral answer and the effective answer differ, and let him choose effectiveness.
06Formatting pass: no camera direction, four-line action maximum, nothing unfilmable.
